I know it takes all kinds to make the world spin and all that, but daaaaaaaaamn. Those are some fugly "manicures." I'm also kinda ready for that ring finger trend to be over--everywhere I look, I see a hand painted one color with the ring finger a different color/design.

Pretty bad!!! I rarely paint my nails. They just chip and it drives me crazy.
As one who always has her nails painted, this made me laugh so much! Haha what the heck was with the last one?! Wowzer. I won't lie though, sometimes I like to shake it up with one nail different to rest, although only slightly! None of these contrasting colour hi jinks!

GA-ROSS!! I can't handle the 2 color nails, but I do love one glitter nail! Shame on me.

hahaha i'm pretty sure the first one is alice and wonderland, not casino.... but anything with a bunch of crap glued on/hanging from your nails is a bit much for me.
that said, i would probably rock the hell out of some cookie monster nails for a day.
(disclaimer: my nails are all naked and neatly trimmed short unless i get them done (RARE), and are generally indistinguishable from a child's hand if not for my wedding ring. dimple knuckles and all.)
i've been doing the ring finger different color since i was 16 and started to get my nails done every month. sometimes i switch it up, but i don't think that is something i'll ever give up. to me it isn't a trent i saw and picked up, ya know?
anyway.. those nails are a tad bit ridiculous.

Meanwhile, those manicures -- all kinds of crazee...they made me wanna hand them a good set of clippers.
It takes way less effort and less hygeine to just bite your fingernails like I do. I don't even have to cut them! (Nastyyy right?)

Haha is it sad that I think that some of these are clever... only really the seaseme street ones. The last ones are horrendous!!
So which one did you settle on? Is it bad that I loved the muppet one? Did you know that O.P.I. has a muppet line out right now and it's pretty sweet. I haven't gotten a manicure in probably 2 years, but I love pedicures... sporting sparkly bluish purple for the upcoming Ravens game. If/when I get a manicure, I'm going to go with shellac, as it dries instantly and is the only thing that stands a chance against my weight-lifting man-hands. Fun post!
