Healthy Recipes I Want to Try

I looooove scouring Pinterest for new recipes.  Since I've been eating super healthily, I've been cooking more at home (though admittedly, sometimes I eat a Morningstar chik patty and cottage cheese for dinner).  Last week, I created a Healthy Recipes board on Pinterest, so that I could keep all guiltless meal ideas in one place.  Here are a few of the things I've pinned:

Yum, right?  Delicious-looking healthy things inspire me to cook.  Even though I'm a vegetarian, I often pin recipes that include chicken, because I can easily swap Quorn "chicken" for the real deal.  If you have a healthy recipes board on Pinterest, let me know!  I'd love to follow it and get more ideas.

oh my heavens. I like how we've been spending the last hour or so talking about food. All of these look bomb and I'm glad we decided to follow each other on Pinterest. Finally.

One more hour until I can eat again. Why am I such a fatty? Answers I need in life.

Mmm that salad and soup look delish! Since I am FINALLY starting WW back up today (fell off the wagon after being sick for 2 weeks + my bday) so this is greatly appreciated :)

ok, i gotta admit that these look pretty tasty! maybe i should be on pinterest more often!

my favorite thing lately is this salad:

baby peppers (or whatever they are called -- the miniature red, yellow and orange peppers), sliced
english cucumber, sliced,
baby heirloom tomatoes (or any little tomatoes), sliced
red onion, sliced
cilantro, chopped
all of the above tossed with asian peanut salad dressing (available at Trader Joe's). or you can use any low-cal dressing that will blend well with these flavors, but the asian peanut thing is perfecto with it, and you don't need to use a whole lot. YUM. it is so delicious that i have it almost every day!

Oh my gosh I need this so much! I love healthy eating ideas but sometimes am too lazy to go out and find them. Also how was I not already following you on pinterest? Am going to go and stalk your boards now. I dont have a healthy receipe board per se but have a soup and salad one and most of them are pretty healthy!

I've never been a vegetarian but lately (I guess it's this crazy pregnancy deal) meat just really disgusts me. I can't smell it, I can't look at it raw, and I sure can't eat it. I'm really thinking about just transitioning to being a full time vegetarian...I think I need to be following your boards on Pinterest!
